Wholesale Order Policy

As a wholesale manufacturer, all orders are made to specification. Custom and bulk orders are generally non-refundable once production has commenced.

Sample Orders

Sample orders may be returned within 14 days if items are unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Sample fees may be credited toward bulk orders.

Defective Products

If products arrive damaged or defective, notify us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange repair, replacement, or credit at our discretion.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before production begins. Cancellations after production starts may incur charges for materials and work completed.
